As many rookies are choosing their allegiances for who they will at least begin their careers with for clothing, Adidas has added two to their arsenal. Both Kelly Oubre and Justise Winslow came to terms with the company for them to be their shoe provider for at least the beginnings of their careers.
Adidas has signed Heat G Justise Winslow & Wizards G Kelly Oubre Jr. to shoe deals. Two exciting & dynamic rookie wings.

Considering Oubre played at Kansas, where they are sponsored by Adidas, and is going to be playing with John Wall, who holds one of the company’s main shoe contracts, his deal may not be much of a surprise.

Winslow played at Duke, a school sponsored by Nike, so his deal could be considered as more of a surprise. Guess there isn’t much allegiance there.
Focusing on athletes they would be working with was one of the main reasons Adidas will stop making the league’s jerseys pretty soon. They seem to be off to a good start, and with a potential deal with James Harden, they look on track to compete more and more with Nike as time goes on.
