Detroit’s own Kash Doll has released a new track called “Wake Up” to start the weekend.This afternoon, she dropped the record on Twitter with a caption that reads, “I dropped a Tik Tok record today.” Her latest single is an energetic and motivational anthem for her fans.
“I’m up, I’m woke as f*ck/You still sleep b*tch, that’s why you broke as f*ck/You still in your pajamas, that’s why you ain’t got no money/B*tch I’m in the Bahamas, somewhere where it’s sunny/Cause I’m for the bag, I’m up for the cash, I’m up ‘fore the sun is,” she raps.
The new single comes just a few months after she dropped her debut album, Stacked. With features from Big Sean, Summer Walker, Teyana Taylor and others, it performed well on the Billboard 200 charts. Not to mention, the project featured production from Take A Daytrip and singles like “Ice Me Out.”
In 2020, Kash Doll is looking to capitalize off of dropping a solid album in 2019. Check out her new record “Wake Up” above.
