Kanye West and Joel Osteen will hold a massive joint event at Yankee Stadium in May. Afterwards, the two are reportedly interested in doing another show in September at Chicago’s Guaranteed Rate Field. From there, the two are also reportedly interested in expanding their run to joint shows in major cities like Miami and Los Angeles. TMZ reports that other cities could become a reality in 2021.
West and Osteen first came together at Osteen’s church in November. West said, “It feels like all of this was meant to be.” He added, “God has already had the plan of bringing me up in the church. He gave me a theme song, basically that I can’t go anywhere without doing this song, which is ‘Jesus Walks.'”
In addition to his work with Osteen, West has also been working with Dr. Dre on his follow-up to Jesus Is King.
West and Osteen have yet to confirm or deny these reports.
