Sometimes in life, there are questions that are just too simple to answer, but this one just seemed too simple for star wide receiver Julio Jones.
During Wednesday’s media session, the All-Pro receiver was asked “Julio, do you think anyone in this league can cover you one-on-one?”
“One-on-one? No, I do not” Jones said in what seemed to be a more than simple question to answer.
The 6th-year man out of Alabama finished the regular season with 83 receptions, 1,409 receiving yards, and 6 touchdowns. In last week’s NFC Championship game, Jones dismantled an already struggling Green Bay secondary with 180 yards and 2 touchdowns. Now that’s not to foreshadow what the receiver will do in the Super Bowl against the Patriots, but it does indeed show what he is capable of.
Some Patriots players have been eager to cover Julio Jones since 2012.
I wanna check julio jones…lol……real talk doe..

The Patriots star Cornerback has made a name for himself ever since his goal-line interception against the Seattle Seahawks to seal the Super Bowl XLIX victory. Although it has not been mentioned to whether Butler will cover Jones, we can certainly anticipate the Patriots Defensive Coordinator Matt Patricia to make Julio the emphasis of his gameplan.
