We all know the story. Kobe Bryant is hard to be with. He flaps his lips a lot. But unlike other people who flap their lips on a regular basis, he has rings to back it up.
But players that have played with Kobe in the past couple of years see Kobe now as a man with bad legs, dare I say past his prime. Some people see him as a man with more bark than bite. He says that he can still get it done but people who didn’t like him before the injuries are really pouncing onto his deterioration.
Jordan Hill, who is now in Indiana, clearly feels like he can talk about Kobe since Kobe won’t be there to slap him upside his head. He said to Shane Young of HoopsHabit that a lot of people can’t take Kobe.
When he’s on the floor, all you hear is Kobe’s mouth. On the floor, all you hear is Kobe’s mouth. During practice, it gets loud. A lot of people can’t handle that I guess.
All you hear is Kobe’s mouth. You can so tell that Hill can pen a whole essay on The Players Tribune about how mouthy Kobe is.
I kind of see where he’s coming from. You can’t be as ruthless as Kobe is and your team ends with a record under .500 it just doesn’t work does it.
