Both John Wall and Kevin Durant, along with many other professional athletes, played in a charity flag football game to support the fight against cancer. The event, which took place at UCLA, was put on by Matt Barnes and Snoop Dogg for the third time.

The event is a great opportunity for some fans to come and see big stars playing a sport they may not be used to while also benefitting a great cause. With all of these athletes helping to pitch in for a greater cause than themselves, a cure to cancer is one step closer than it was the day before.
There was even a time where Wall had to guard the much larger Durant as he went out to haul in a pass. There appeared to be a little contact, but without video replay, who knows if the officials got the call right?
If Wizards fans get their way, this matchup will happen more often, and I’m not talking about in games where Washington faces Oklahoma City.
I’m talking about practice.
