John Calipari is one of the most successful current head coaches with the Kentucky Wildcats. He almost led them to a perfect season before losing to Wisconsin in the Final Four. Calipari has been said to be the guy who ‘created’ John Wall, DeMarcus Cousins, and the Anthony Davis’ of the world. So can he coach them when they continue into the NBA? Maybe the New Orleans Pelicans may be interested.

Despite the rumors, Calipari didn’t even let them resonate in the thoughts of Wildcat fans, as he quickly tweeted out:

Very classy move by the college coach, but it was said that he had interest in returning to coach in the NBA again. Calipari used to coach the New Jersey Nets in the 90’s only for one year, before becoming a coach in Memphis, then Kentucky.
