Star Wars: The Force Awakens star John Boyega posted a picture of himself with Chewbacca.
The actor who plays Finn in the new film accompanied the image with the bullseye emoticon.
Finn is seen lining up with Chewbacca as both aim their weapons against an unseen foe.
Finn is dressed in civvies and not his Stormtrooper uniform seen in previous images, perhaps showing his rebellious side and rejection of the role.
Last week Boyega joined his fellow cast members at Comic-Con for a special panel on the film, with further character details listed, “intriguing developments for Han Solo” announced and the process fo the film’s development described.
Before the cast were welcomed on stage, director JJ Abrams presented an exciting four minute behind-the-scenes video from The Force Awakens – which hits cinemas on December 18. Watch the footage below:
