Jimmy Butler has been out of action for 11 games now since he was sidelined due to an injury on March 3rd in a win against the Wizards. He could be making his return tonight against the Charlotte Hornets, according to Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau. The Bulls have not posted a great record since Jimmy became injured, posting a 5-6 record.
He has been officially listed as questionable though by the team, despite the expectation of him to return.

Jimmy Butler’s return looks to be a great thing for the Bulls, as he has played very well this season, scoring 20.2 PPG on 46% shooting. He has also played great defense, and helped the Bulls amazing defense. Jimmy is not likely to play many minutes tonight, but he will play enough to contribute, and help the Bulls win. The addition of Butler back into the Bulls lineup will help them to win games and continue to build momentum to make a deep playoff run.
It’s the second step in some positive Bulls injury news as Taj Gibson returned last week. The only mainstay of the Bulls lineup yet to return is of course, Derrick Rose.
