Continuing to push the release of her last EP, Jhonni Blaze has delivered a performance visual of her 2022 track, “LV.” Donning verdant tones in a room draped in greenery, the “So Into You” singer finds herself in a comfortable space as she reflects on a past relationship that didn’t serve her.
“So, dress me up. I’ll be somebody else,” she sings.
“I gave my all, but I should have given it to myself.”
“LV” is one of three tracks off of From You To Me to earn a performance visual treatment. Released exclusively through Audiomack in November, the concise EP takes a harsh look back at previous relationships, “situationships” and romances that had their moments of passion, but ultimately fizzled out due to a lack of care, attention and respect. Surfing through each seductive R&B production, the rising R&B singer showcases powerful vocal ability. However, her most powerful trait as an artist is her ability to be vulnerable in her storytelling. Detailing names, specific situations and much more, the singer-songwriter makes the listener relive previous stations with her as if they are in the studio with her.
