Jeff Van Gundy, Scott Brooks, and Tom Thibodeau are three of the biggest names when it comes to head coaches who don’t have jobs. All three are likely to get offers from various teams, but two teams that have already been linked to all three coaches are the Sacramento Kings and the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The Timberwolves will pursue all three, reports The Vertical’s Adrian Wojnarowski:

The Kings will have a head coaching vacancy if reports of George Karl’s impending termination are accurate. The Kings, as well, will reportedly target the same three coaches, but aren’t likely to have success, per Wojnarowski:
The Kings are unlikely to have success pursuing the top coaches on the market, which include Jeff Van Gundy, Tom Thibodeau and Scott Brooks. None of the three has interest in the Kings job, league sources said.
Should the Kings strike out on these three as they are expected to, Wojnarowski reports that other candidates for the job will include former Los Angeles Clippers and Chicago Bulls coach Vinny Del Negro, Boston Celtics assistant Jay Larranaga, Atlanta Hawks assistant Kenny Atkinson, former Phoenix Suns coach Jeff Hornacek, and former Cleveland Cavaliers head coach David Blatt.
