Hits Daily Double has reported that Jay-Z will perform at Woodstock 50 this August. Festival organizers have yet to confirm this, but Hits Daily Double sent the internet into a frenzy with one tweet. Earlier today, the following tweet was sent, “HDD reports that JAY-Z has been confirmed to play Woodstock 50, the official 3-day 50th anniversary festival which will take place in August.”
In response to the rumors, festival organizers told Billboard, “There’s always been lots of rumors around Woodstock.” They also told Billboard, “We have excellent partners and an incredible talent lineup of over 80 artists which will be announced within the next couple of weeks. We’re preparing a once in a lifetime event.”
Only time will tell. If a Jay-Z performance is on the way, is an album on the way also?
