Jay Pres is easily the hardest working artist out of Harlem at the moment. To start the month off, Pres released a freestyle to Drake and Future’s “Grammy’s”. Pres then followed that same freestyle up with a video and his cleverly titled “Sephora EP”. Now, today, Prezi is back with some more music. Pres has linked up with Qu’ality, another hard worker on the New New York scene. The two have come together to run down On The Paper. Jay Pres supplies the verses, Qu’ality brings the hook and J.
