Why go away from a good thing if it’s working, right? Jason Terry famously inked a picture of the Larry O’Brien trophy on his right biceps prior to the start of the 2010-11 season, a campaign which ended with the Dallas Mavericks as NBA champions over the Miami Heat.
Now in Boston, Terry has tattooed a Celtics’ leprechaun logo with the championship trophy swapped in where the leprechaun would otherwise be balancing a basketball on his finger.
erry signed a three-year deal with Boston this off-season, and given the small window the C’s have to work with, he better hope he won’t have to remove this by the time his career ends.
