New Knicks point guard Jason Kidd was arrested early Sunday morning on a DWI charge. Police have not confirmed if alcohol caused Kidd to careen his Cadillac Escalade into a telephone pole and into the woods in Water Mill.
Kidd was taken to the Southampton Hospital for treatment of minor injuries before dealing with the police.
Maybe the Knicks need to hold on to Jeremy Lin a little longer to help mentor Kidd now.
