Ten wins. Ten knockouts. Jared Anderson started off the Deontay Wilder-Tyson Fury III pay-per-view with a bang. He earned a second-round stoppage win against Vladimir Tereshkin. With a stellar performance this evening, the Ohio native has earned the NABF junior heavyweight championship.
With one fight down, Robert Helenius and Adam Kownacki will enter the ring to continue the string of heavyweight battles. More than 18 months ago, Def Pen was on hand as Helenius slowed Kownacki’s road to a heavyweight title fight. This time around, Kownacki is out to prove that last year’s loss was just a bump in the road en route to a heavyweight title.
Beyond Helenius-Kownacki, undefeated heavyweight prospects Efe Ajagba and Frank Sanchez will square off. Not to be forgotten, there will also be a third fight between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury.
