For years now, Jake & Papa have established themselves as one of the most consistent R&B duos of recent memory. Over the years, the duo has put out records like “Leave Me”, videos for “I Got It” and projects like Sexual Warfare. This summer, the duo from the greater Los Angeles area has put out records like “All The Way”, “Back To The Future”, “L.F.F” and “92.3”. As time has gone on, the duo has previewed and teased new music with the promise that a new full length project would be released in the very near future.
The Californian R&B brother duo better known as Jake & Papa is back and better than ever with their R.O.S.E Tape. Hosted by DJ Carisma, the project comes complete with six tracks written and arranged by the R&B duo. The project does not include any features, but it does feature executive production from Asa Davis, Nicky Garcia and The Family Imperial. Recorded in the legendary Mint Room in Glendale, California, the project has smooth vibes and keeps in line with their previous projects like Tattoos & Blues, Athena’s Erotica 2.0 and Sexual Warfare.
