Jahrell Lillard, half-brother of Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard, was shot on Thursday in Clackamas County in Oregon, per Eileen Clark of KOIN News. Lillard is recovering after undergoing surgery Thursday night:

According to Park, Clackamas County’s Sheriff has stated that Lillard appears to have been a target:

Sgt. Jensen says surveillance video shows that Lillard didn't provoke or confront suspects. The two suspects just started shooting at him.

Clackamas Town Center, where Lillard was shot, is around 14 miles from Portland, where Jahrell’s brother plays for the Blazers.
