Louisville’s Jack Harlow has released his latest project, Confetti. The new project follows up his 2018 breakout project, Loose. His 2019 effort features EST Gee, 2forwOyNE and more. Prior to releasing his latest body of work, Harlow released “Heavy Hitter” and “Thru The Night” featuring Bryson Tiller. Similar to Loose, Confetti has an upbeat vibe with plenty of records that will be heard throughout Atlanta this fall. However, he does dig deep on tracks like “Rain” and “River Road”.
On “River Road”, Harlow raps, “Did I change or did they rob me of my innocence?/Inner city kids I grew up with, we had some differences/But inside gymnasiums, it’s almost like they didn’t exist/Time’s tickin’, my mom’s 50/Told me that she been thinkin’ ’bout spending time different/It’s more precious, what if I took the same method at 21 and adopted it?”
With Lil Uzi Vert leaving DJ Drama’s Generation NOW, Harlow is now the premiere act on the label. Moving forward, he’ll be the one to carry the torch. Check out his project above and be sure to catch him on tour. This fall, he’ll be making stops in Atlanta, New York, Washington, D.C. and many more cities.
