Milwaukee Bucks forward Jabari Parker was nearly traded at the Feb. 8 deadline this year and is highly unlikely to be back with the team next season, reports Gery Woelfl of the Racine Journal (H/T Paul Henning):
Take it for what it is. But, @GeryWoelfel is close to Jabari and the Parker family. This morning @1057FMTheFan he reports Jabari was "very, very close to being traded" at deadline, feels there is "slim to none" chances that Jabari is on Bucks next season. https://t.co/W4tmqz8hzf

Parker was the no. 2 pick in 2014, and at the ripe age of 23, is a tremendous young talent. He has, however, torn the ACL in his left leg twice in three seasons, putting a question mark on his future. There are also uncertainties about his long-term fit with Giannis Antetokounmpo, the franchise centerpiece of the Bucks.
In 2017-18, Parker missed the first 50 games of the Bucks’ season before returning to play in 19 the final 32. In those 19 games, Parker averaged 11.4 points and 4.2 rebounds in 21.3 minutes per game. He shot career-high percentages from the field (50.6 percent) and 3-point range (41.5 percent).
In 2016-17, prior to tearing his ACL, Parker was enjoying the finest season of his career, averaging 20.1 points and 6.2 rebounds per game.
