
Depending on the news that you may or may not have been paying attention to over the last few days, you will surely have noticed that the Sacramento Kings have made the headlines quite often. From where I sit this is due to the unshaped and restless approach of Kings majority owner Vivek Ranadive. Through what we have witnessed it is clear that this franchise is still in disarray, and has a lot of internal work to do when it comes to managing their player’s faith in the franchise and how information gets leaked out to the media.
And that’s where Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas comes in. Boston Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas took advantage of that disarray to potentially sway Demarcus Cousins to seriously consider Boston as a possible destination. There’s been no shortage of mixed signals and rumors from the Kings end, and even Cousins himself appears to be a little fed up by it all. After Cousins posted a photo on the social media website, Thomas left a comment on Demarcus Cousins’ picture stating: “If they don’t want u. I know who does lol.” Without much subtlety, Thomas seems to be alerting Cousins the Celtics would like to trade for him.

Yahoo Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski reported in the early hours of Tuesday morning that coach George Karl was pushing for the team to trade DeMarcus Cousins.
Shortly after, Cousins Tweeted out a message with emojis that illustrated a snake in the grass. It’s not the first time a player has called Karl a snake.
There was talk in the past of a rumored beef between Thomas and Cousins, and that weren’t on the best of terms, but it doesn’t appear that way now. The two former teammates have interacted multiple times on social media recently and appear to get along quite well:
