After the season 2 finale of Orange Is the New Black, we didn’t know if Vee [Lorraine Toussaint] would be returning or not.
Thankfully, Netflix has answered that question for us.
They have denied claims that Vee is returning for season three of OITNB!
The final episode of season two saw inmate Miss Rosa Cisneros -who suffered from terminal cancer – flee from prison before running Vee over with the prison van!
We all thought that Vee had been killed and according toTMZ , Toussaint had scenes to shoot for the upcoming seasons and was seen filming yesterday [October 28].
However, a Netflix spokesperson has stated: [Vee] is not going to be in season three!”
Speaking about Vee’s uncertain future to the Daily Beast recently, Toussaint said cryptically: “Is Vee dead? Is she not? Is she dead? Is Vee dead? She’s a survivor. You never know. It’s Jenji Kohan, so you never know.”
The comedy-prison drama was renewed by Netflix for a third season earlier this year!
Orange Is the New Black will return to Netflix in 2015 for their third season!
