Marvel just dropped the new international trailer for ‘Thor: Ragnarok’. The trailer features tons of new footage blended in seamlessly with what we’ve seen in the past few trailers for ‘Thor: Ragnarok’. We get a much better look at some of the villains in the film, as well as some more Jeff Goldblum. Which is never a bad thing. The aesthetics are pretty much the same though it seems like the music is slightly more downtempo than in the previous trailers, that could just be me though. The visuals are easily the biggest departure for the MCU in quite some time, the visuals are sandwiched someplace in between the mystical sequences in ‘Dr. Strange’ and a standard bright MCU film. Which in my opinion is a great place to find yourself from a visual perspective.
We’ve attached the official synopsis and new international trailer below.
‘Imprisoned on the other side of the universe, the mighty Thor finds himself in a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against the Hulk, his former ally and fellow Avenger. Thor’s quest for survival leads him in a race against time to prevent the all-powerful Hela from destroying his home world and the Asgardian civilization.’ Via Marvel
