Because NBA jerseys rarely change compared to the yearly kit changes of the EPL. The NBA like to switch it up occasionally with alternate jerseys, most recently nickname jerseys and of course a little rummage through the time capsule that Adidas call “Hardwood Classics”. And the Indiana Pacers, Toronto Raptors and the Sacramento Kings will wear some of their old jerseys from back in the day.
We all know about the Indiana jersey. That’s from the Reggie Miller era where he battled against Spike Lee and the New York Knicks.
The Sacramento Kings Throwback dates back to 1951 when they won the championship as the Rochester Royals.
And the last one is the good old purple Toronto jersey from the late 2000’s. Made famous by Vince Carter’s legendary Slam Dunk performance.
