Want to make more money without having to design a new phone? Simply offer the same phone in different sizes! The HTC One is a successful phone, so why risk designing an all new one when you can just offer the same tried and true One phone but in varying sizes?
According to rumors from MobileGeeks, this is exactly what HTC wants to do. HTC’s flagship phone, the ‘HTC One’, will be receiving two new versions: a smaller and bigger version of the original.
The rumored HTC One Mini, the smaller ‘One’ phone, is expected to launch this July. It has a 4.3-inch 720p LCD display, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB Internal Memory.
The new plus-sized version has been dubbed the HTC One Max’. It’s so large that it has been coined a ‘Phablet,’ a mix between a phone and a tablet. This phone has a 6-inch 1080p Super LCD display, 2GB Ram, 32/64GB Internal Memory, 3200mAh Battery. This phone is rumored to be launching early September.
