H.E.R. has had an incredible run in R&B over the last three years. The New York based singer-songwriter hopped on the scene with her song “Something To Prove” nearly six year ago. More recently, she has branded herself under the new moniker, H.E.R. Since then, she has achieved new heights of success and separated herself as one of the leaders of the new school of R&B and Soul. Over the last year, the singer has reached new heights of success with a gold single, a platinum collaboration with Daniel Caesar and an appearance on the Superfly soundtrack. As she prepares for the release of her sophomore album, she hopes to keep the momentum going with two new projects to close out 2018.
In July, H.E.R dropped the first half of the I Used To Know H.E.R. series. The short project came complete with Lauryn Hill samples and a collaboration with Bryson Tiller. Tonight, the New York native is back with the second half of the I Used To Know H.E.R. series. Announced earlier this week, H.E.R’s new project comes complete with eight new tracks en route to her sophomore album. Stream the entire project above and be sure to catch her on her I Used To Know H.E.R. Tour right now.
