6’10” freshman Henry Ellenson starred for Marquette this season, averaging 17 points and 9.7 rebounds per game. Marquette finished with a 20-13 record(8-10 in conference), and failed to qualify for the NCAA tournament. Ellenson was named Big East Rookie of the Year, and was named to First Team All-Conference.
Ellenson will be a one-and-done at Marquette, according to Jonathan Givony of DraftExpress.com:
Been told Ellenson camp already scheduling agent meetings, and only a matter of time until we get an official announcement on him entering.

Ellenson is currently projected by DraftExpress to be selected 8th overall in the 2016 NBA Draft. He should be a solid power forward at the next level. He has an NBA-level body(6’10” height, 7’2″ wingspan) and is exceptional as a ball-handler for a big man. Ellenson is also a solid jump shooter, and has shown potential from 3-point range. He knocked down 30 3-pointers during the season, but shot them at just a 29% clip.
