Hello Kitty is gearing up to make her big screen debut.
Sanrio, the Japanese lifestyle company behind the famous kitty is planning to finance and produce a feature-length film to be released in 2019.
The budget for the film is rumored to be between a whopping $160million and $240 million.
Sanrio is also said to be considering movies for their other characters in their hope to further the Sanrio brands worldwide.
In addition to news of the upcoming film, Hello Kitty Live: Fashion & Friends will premiere in London in October and will be available to watch via live stream.
