The Atlanta Hawks new jerseys and merchandise for next season were supposed to be released tomorrow. It appears we’re actually getting able to check out the new jerseys just a few hours before they are supposed to be announced by the team officially on Wednesday.
The Hawks join a list of teams who have released new jerseys for next season including the Los Angeles Clippers, Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers. They will be keeping the ‘pacman’ Hawks logo but it won’t be as dominate on the jersey as it was this past season.
Courtesy of Chris Vivlamore from the Atlanta Journal Constitution, everyone gets a chance to check out some of the new uniforms and merchandise the Hawks will be pumping out for the 2015-16 season.
It’s also interesting to note that the numbers used for the new jerseys are of Jeff Teague, Al Horford and Kyle Korver. No DeMarre Carroll or Paul Millsap numbers in sight.
