Ciara Renée, a new comer to the TV world has been cast as Kendra Saunders. also known as Hawkgirl for the upcoming still unnamed Arrow-Flash spin-off. Renée has been making her rounds on the Broadway stage in plays like ‘Big Fish’ and ‘Pippin’ over the last year. There are still no details on the spin-off aside from there being three never before seen on TV lead characters being cast. Brandon Routh will join the show as The Atom, Wentworth Miller as Captain Cold, Dominic Purcell as Heat Wave, Victor Garber(and possibly Robbie Amell) as Firestorm and lastly Caity Lotz in role that remains unknown since she [SPOILERS]was killed off as Sara Lance[SPOILERS] in Arrow.
The spin-off series may debut sometime next year in-between Arrow and The Flash’s midseason breaks. Stick around for anymore updates on the spin-off, especially a name for it.
