Super energetic Play-by-Play man Gus Johnson will call 20 Bucks games this year on Fox Sports Wisconsin, the team announced today.
Johnson is well known as a broadcaster who likes to yell, and for his catch phrases “Pure” and “Rise and fire.” Johnson used to call NFL and college basketball games for CBS, and can now be heard calling college basketball games, mainly Big East contests with Bill Raftery, on Fox and Fox Sports 1.
Johnson may not be the best broadcaster, but he definitely makes the Bucks more interesting to watch now.
