With 16 tracks, Drip Or Drown 2 follows a collaborative effort with Lil Baby Drip Harder. The original Drip Or Drown dropped back in 2017 and only featured 7 songs.
Wheezy, TurboTheGreat and Jeffrey Williams, also known as SEX or Young Thug share executive producer credits. Listed guest features include Lil Baby, Young Thug and Playboi Carti.
The album cover, instantly memed, features the Atlanta rapper underwater holding an umbrella styled in designer threads. The album art director Spike Jordan tells FADER the entire shoot for the artwork was actually done underwater.
