It’s been a while since we’ve seen Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka Flame on speaking terms. However, the door for reconciliation was left open last month when Waka went on Instagram to let people know that he was willing to work out all beefs he had in the music industry. In his Instagram video, Waka mentioned Gucci Mane by name, saying, “Hey Gucci, let’s chat.” While it was unclear when or if the two would sit down, the message was made clearly. Waka seems to be on a path of growth and maturity. Given that Gucci Mane has seemingly made some improvements to his life over the last few years, it definitely seemed possible that the two would work things out.
After a few weeks of waiting, Gucci Mane has confirmed that the two Atlanta stars have sat down and hashed things out. Gucci mentioned that he had seen Waka’s Instagram post. He said, “I reached out to him after that.” He added, “To be honest, with him going on the internet like that, I reached out cause I thought it was urgent. I reached out because I want to know. So, I called and we had that conversation.” He ended by saying that the two were “cool” and that “everything was in the past”.
