Super Bowl LVII would not be complete if there weren’t any major movie trailers sprinkled throughout the commercial breaks. This year, Fast X, Dungeons & Dragons, The Flash and Scream VI were all certain to have their moment under the spotlight. However, fans weren’t quite sure if Marvel would come through with the latest Guardians of the Galaxy trailer. Well, it didn’t take long for Marvel Entertainment to squash the anxiety of its fans and allow them to watch the game without worry. Shortly after Jalen Hurts and Patrick Mahomes took to the field, the Guardians of the Galaxy headed into battle themselves.
“Still reeling from the loss of Gamora, Peter Quill rallies his team to defend the universe and one of their own – a mission that could mean the end of the Guardians if not successful,” the film’s description reads.
There is a lot on the line, not only at State Farm Stadium. The future of the Guardians of the Galaxy is at stake. While we wait to see how everything plays out on the field and in theaters, check out the latest trailer below.
