With the trade deadline drawing closer and closer. The Phoenix Suns have one thing that they need to attend to. The future of Goran Dragic. Will they trade him? Will they let him ride out his contract? Or will they extend him? At this moment in time we don’t know. I’m not sure that Dragic knows himself.
Up to know we have heard several reports that say different things. On Saturday, reports were saying that the Suns were actually more comfortable with trading Isaiah Thomas than Dragic. Now that would open a can of worms that the Suns really do not need to open. But luckily. That report gained no steam.
The Suns are inclined to keep Goran Dragic, a source said. Suns owner Robert Sarver attended agent Bill Duffy’s annual All-Star event Sunday. Duffy is Dragic’s agent.
Duffy got some work to do now.
Moving on to today. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports. The Suns will meet with Dragic today. And that the Suns are more towards re-signing Dragic.
Sources: Goran Dragic's agent plans to meet w/ team officials Tuesday, but Phoenix's determination unchanged: Suns want to re-sign Dragic.

Now that we know where the Suns are going. We now need to know where Dragic is. He has kept his lips tightly sealed these past couple of months. Only him and his agent know what Dragic wants.
The Los Angeles Lakers and the Houston Rockets have shown interest in Dragic. So much so that if Dragic opts for free agency. They’ll be the first couple of teams that will make the Slovenian an offer.
Updates on Goran Dragic will come soon.
UPDATE: Tuesday 17th February 12:12pm ET
According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports. The Suns are still adamant on keeping Dragic. But if they were going to trade Dragic. At a minimum. They would want a player with All-Star potential and a pick.
Sources: Suns want to keep and re-sign Dragic, but to even consider a deal, they would minimally want player w/ All-Star potential and pick.
