Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antotekounmpo is only 22 years old and is already one of the better players in the NBA. Able to run the point at 6-foot-11 with long-reaching limbs, Giannis is something we’ve never seen – a true unicorn. And he thinks that his little brother will be even better. When questioned by TMZ, Antetokounmpo responded “he’s gonna be better than me.”
When asked how he felt about his brother’s comment, Alex gave no comment. Fifteen years old, Alex Antetokounmpo stands at six-foot-three. There’s also a third Antetokounmpo named Kostas, who’s currently 18 years old and plays basketball for the University of Dayton. Kostas is six-foot-10.
There’s also a fourth Antetokounmpo brother named Thanasis, who is more well-known than Alex or Kostas; Thanasis six-foot-seven, and plays professional basketball overseas. He was drafted 51st overall by the New York Knicks in 2014. Thanasis played two games for the Knicks in 2015-16, scoring six total points on 3/4 shooting and pulling down a lone rebound. He has also played for the Knicks’ D-League affiliate, the Westchester Knicks, as well as for the Delaware 87ers (D-League affiliate of the Philadelphia 76ers).
