We are only 2 weeks away from the debut of the final season of Game of Thrones. Now more than ever, will Thrones fans be grabbing at their remotes to catch up and binge-ing through 7 seasons in order to be all caught up in time for the 8th and final time we get to see the world of Westeros.
HBO realizes this and in order to add fuel to the fire (literally) have decided to release another trailer which teases at destruction for one of Westeros’ many locations… ‘Winterfell’.
The trailer shows us Jon Snow and the Stark’s castle in ruins, with snow covered all over the walls. Winter has officially hit Winterfell. Along with the ruins we see Jamie’s hand and Jon Snow’s sword, which either means the two have fallen after fighting the white walkers or they’re just throwing those two items in to completely throw us off.
My guess is the latter but regardless, we are only 12 days away from possibly getting our answer. Thank you HBO, for enticing us even more then we knew we needed to be enticed.
