The term, toxic, has become incredibly overused within the realm of social media, popular discourse and music critique. However, it’s still probably one of the most important words to use when describing Future’s catalog. Whether it’s a track like “Too Comfortable” from High Off Life or telling women that they’re getting chicken wings and fries instead of dates on What A Time To Be Alive, Future’s lyrical content is unquestionably the definition of toxic. Keeping that in mind, it would only make sense that he’s teamed up with self-proclaimed image consultant, Kevin Samuels, in time for Valentine’s Day.
In a surprise meet-up, Kevin Samuels sits down with Future to discuss his addiction to treating women to nice things. The Atlanta native even goes as far as to say that he’s spent $2-3 million on gifts for women in the past year. To his admission, Samuels looks a bit mystified and a little bit disgusted but nevertheless intrigued.
Kevin Samuels and Future’s sets the stage for the artist’s upcoming “Worst Day” video. While he didn’t necessarily share the release date, he did say that it’s coming soon.
