Fox has confirmed that a Monster-in-Law TV series is in the works.
The network will adapt the 2005 romcom starring Jennifer Lopez and Jane Fonda into a half hour comedy series.
The series -just like the movie- will follow a happy couple about to embark on the road of parenthood, set against the straining relationship between the wife and her husband’s mother.
Original film producers Chris Bender and JC Spink will produce the series.
