Marvel superstar Chris Hemsworth is not taking a day off. Kicking off the new year, the Australian actor is back in the trailer for the Netflix film, Extraction.
“Tyler Rake (Chris Hemsworth) is a fearless black market mercenary who embarks on the deadliest mission of his career when he’s enlisted to rescue the kidnapped son of an international crime lord. Directed by Sam Hargrave, this action-packed, edge-of-your-seat thriller is produced by Joe and Anthony Russo, the visionary directors of Avengers: Endgame,” Netflix writes.
“So happy to finally be able to share the trailer for EXTRACTION with you all! This has been a difficult few months for all of us, and we hope this will provide a bit of entertainment while we are all staying home,” Hemsworth tweeted.
Moving forward, Hemsworth will travel to Australia to film Thor: Love and Thunder. In addition, he will begin preparing for the Disney+ series, What If. Both projects are expected to debut in 2021. In the meantime, check out the trailer for Extraction.
