The voluptuous Briana Bette has been making her rounds all across your Twitter timelines & Instagram feeds. If she’s not defending her mighty Cowboys, she’s putting the ladies onto game on how to keep their body on point. Ms. Bette sits down with us to discuss FitButCurvy, Cowboys, & a lot more.
Jared Brown: How’s everything going Briana, appreciate you taking the time out to sit down with Def Pen. Before we even get into this interview, what are your measurements?
Briana Bette: I’m 5’8 36C -28-45
Now you’re from Texas, which is quite evident (laughs), what part of Texas?
Killeen, Texas. It’s an army town. I’m an army brat but I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii
Everyone at Def Pen loves to eat, what are some of your favorite places to eat?
I love this craw-fish place in Houston called Hanks, I also love Pappadeaux, I have a thing for seafood.
What inspired you to take personal fitness more serious?
I just wanted to push myself to be the best person I could be. So I stepped it up physically, mentally and spiritually. I just wanted to be the best me!
Fit Butt Curvy is your brand, tell us a little more about that?
It’s a brand for women to embrace their fitness and thickness. Enabling women to accept their body structure and perfect it by toning while losing fat and building muscle. It is also a sportswear line that fits the curvy woman’s body just right.
Having such a serious workout plan, that must be accompanied with a strict diet, tell us what that’s like?
It’s more of a lifestyle change, I had to give up a lot of my favorite foods. But I have a cheat weekend where I can eat them again. I look at it as if it were a job, I work throughout the week and have fun with foods on Saturday and Sunday.
We all commit to a diet, but be honest in a month, how many cheat days do you have?
I have 8 cheat days each month (laughs), but I don’t use them all. Depending on what I have coming up I usually don’t want them.

I see you’re a big fan of J. Cole, what are your top 3 J. Cole tracks?
Grown Simba, Power Trip, and Balance.
You even tweeted “J.Cole is better than Kendrick…don’t need a verse to prove that, guess that was a reaction to the Control verse?
Yea it was, silence is the best answer when you know you have nothing to prove.
When you heard the verse what were your thoughts?
I thought it was a great verse, I didn’t feel that Kendrick was out of line. I felt it was necessary, after all the rap game is a competition and he should feel as if he’s the best. I think he’s great and love his music but J. Cole is my favorite.
It’s a serious epidemic of women enhancing parts of body by certain procedures, what’s your take on that?
I think everyone should do what makes them happy no matter what it is as long as it doesn’t harm others. So I say go for what makes you feel the best.
Put the ladies on game on getting a shapely booty?
Squats, lunges, kickbacks, and leg lifts all of this with weights.
It’s no secret to what gets the most attention on your body, what’s the runner up?
What does get the most attention?! I say my thunder thighs and/or skin.
What kind of guys Briana are attracted to?
I love nice, sweet, romantic gentleman. Someone funny and silly who accepts me for the goofy woman I am. I’m a hopeless romantic but I love tall men with confidence. Someone who loves God and their family, educated, brilliant etc. The list goes on. (laughs)
If a guy wanted to take you out, what would be your ideal date?
A date to eat crawfish, go jet skiing, and to a Cowboys game!!!! Simple yet perfect
Now let’s get to it, you’re a Dallas Cowboys fan (straight face), what’re your thoughts on the season?
We are taking the NFC East. Period. Next question
Do you honestly think the Cowgirls, excuse me Cowboys are going to the Super Bowl this season?
I would hope so, but I know we will make the playoffs.
I mean if things don’t workout you can always root for the Giants, right? (Laughs)
The 0-5 Giants who loss 0-38 to the Panthers?! Those Giants? No thanks.
