For the third time this season, Ersan Ilyasova will be playing for a new team. The big man out of Turkey started his season with the Oklahoma City Thunder, was traded to the Philadelphia 76ers for Jerami Grant and now he’s being traded once again, back to a playoff contender. He will call Atlanta home for the remainder of the season.
The 76ers were rumored to be looking to deal Ersan Ilyasova and now they have found a partner. They will send him to the Atlanta Hawks for recently injured big man Tiago Splitter.

Other reports say that the teams will infact swap a second round pick and Philadelphia will only receive one from the Hawks.
Since the summer of 2015, Ersan has gone from the Milwaukee Bucks to the Detroit Pistons to the Orlando Magic to the Thunder, then the Sixers and now will wind up with the Altanta Hawks. For now. It’s the fifth time he’s been traded in 18 months.
