Enes Kanter is the Oklahoma City Thunder’s biggest free agent. He is a restricted free agent, but a very sought out restricted free agent? The Portland Trail Blazers, who lost their free agent LaMarcus Aldridge, are looking for a replacement, so they can hope to get someone to score in the post.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski:
OKC’s Enes Kanter is in Portland, preparing to sign an offer sheet with Blazers, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

David Aldridge helps with the contract details:
Offer sheet for Enes Kanter, per source, is a four-year max deal for approximately $70 million, with a player option for year four.

The Thunder will most likely match it. If for some reason the Thunder decide not to match it. It’s because of Kevin Durant. It is no secret that Durant is the biggest free agent next year, and with the space they will get through losing Kanter, they may be able to offer more money just to make it an even bigger incentive for Durant to stay. Durant has been mentioned with the Mavs, Raptors, Wizards, and Lakers. Who knows? Russell Westbrook and James Harden are rumored to go to the Lakers, could Durant go with them? Or will Durant go to his home-town in Washington? There is no really clear answer to that, but we will get a definite decision within the next week as to what the Thunder want to do with Kanter. He should be a big role in if Durant stays or not.
