It seems as though the “Shady Shop” has been closed for renovations the past few years. We haven’t heard much from the Eminem headed label in a minute. In fact, the last thing we heard from Em was “Campaign Speech” late last year. Eminem took to Instagram to let us know they’re back open for business.
Slim Shady posted a photoshopped picture with the caption “Kumbaya motherfuckers! More soon from the Shady Shop. #CampShady.” What does this mean?
Eminem has been on record saying that he’s working on a new album. This may possibly be to let fans know it’s on the way. Could this finally mean Glasshouse is coming? Yelawolf has been quiet, so maybe he’s also on the way. The marketing man in me thinks it could be all of the above. Either way, I’m here for it.
I have personally been stanning for Glasshouse for years. I hope that album isn’t shelved in the Shady Shop. Peep the IG post below.
