Three time MOBO award winner Emeli Sandé revealed that a new song she’s penned for Rihanna will appear on “Unapologetic”. “I love it,” the singer said. “I love the lyrics. I can’t wait to hear what she’s done with it.” Also, the Scot is already making plans for her upcoming album, but might as well release an EP before.
On possible collabos and writing for other artists, Sandé told BBC:
“I really want to work with Calvin, but you can only do what you can do [time-wise]. I’m trying to write for people that inspire me and trying to work with as many people as possible. I’d love to get in there again with Labrinth, that would be great. [I’m a] big fan of Kanye West, there’s lots of people.”
“I’ve got opportunities to write for people I’ve been inspired by for so long, it’s hard to say no. I just have to shut the door and get on with it.”
