Dreamville has had an incredible run this year. As individual acts, Bas, Cozz, J.I.D and J. Cole have all dropped solo projects. In addition, artists like Ari Lennox dropped new music and went on tour. Not to mention, the label is gearing up for the first ever Dreamville fest in the spring. With everything going on, J. Cole has still managed to find time to lead a label while giving out features left and right. As the crew heads into a new year, fans are excited for what is to come in the new year. Will there be an Ari Lennox project? Will Lute return? Who knows?

The newest group to join the label may have just hinted at what will come in the new year. While on Twitter, EarthGang hinted toward a new project of their own to come in the new year. While doing so, they also played around with the idea of a third e project. Cozz only added to the speculation when he replied to EarthGang by tweeting, “Save some heat for me to rip.” The last project from the Dreamville team came in 2015, so it’s very possible that a new project could be in the future.
