Just when you thought that the Dwight Howard saga couldn’t get any more tiresome, or more soap opera-ish, then you were wrong. The flip-flopping center claims the Magic ‘blackmailed’ him into opting into the final-year of his deal and that he never rescinded his original trade request.
Howard is apparently looking into whether he has any legal grounds to ensure he is a free agent this summer instead of next. Also, he has reiterated a trade demand to the Brooklyn Nets.
Yawn.
