The Cleveland Browns and wide receiver Dwayne Bowe have agreed to terms on a contract according to NFL media insider Ian Rapoport.
Bowe will join tight end Brian Hartline as the main pass catchers in Cleveland as Josh Gordan will miss all of next season due to suspension and Jordan Cameron has been signed by the Dolphins. However, Bowe has under performed since his 15 touchdown performance in 2010. He went all of last season without catching a single touchdown.
Bowe’s lack of production last season, the arrival of former Eagle Jeremy Maclin, and the $14 million he counted against the cap all lead to Bowe’s exodus in Kansas City. He finished last season with 60 receptions for 754 yards and no touchdowns.
