After winning an NBA Championship many teams tend to break up due to the demand of the players from that championship roster. It’s happened many times before and there have been some players who might have been vastly overpaid just because they played well in the NBA Finals. (Yes, we mean you J.J. Barea and the Minnesota Timberwolves).
Once the dust settles after the NBA champion is crowned, it’s time for the NBA free agency period. One player in particular from the NBA champion Golden State Warriors that is one of the hottest commodities on the free agent market is forward Draymond Green.
Green has said previously that he wants to stay with Golden State and his recent indications are continuing to point in the direction of Green making this a quick free agency for both him and the Warriors.

Green might be putting a little pressure on the Warriors to have a perfect meeting with him. Or else, he could take his services elsewhere.
Green has already said he will be looking to enjoy his time during free agency so why not make the Warriors sweat for a little bit, even if you do know you’re going to re-join them.
