A Sunday matinee game between the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Clippers was almost sure to bring some controversy at one point or another. The game was mostly filled with a Warriors highlight reeled, with Stephen Curry showcasing his talents but at the end of the contest between the 2 rivals, there was a ‘bump’ in the road.
Warriors forward Draymond Green was the subject of a postgame interview when Clippers guard Dahntay Jones seemed to intentionally bump into Green.
After the game, Green let loose and ripped into Dahntay Jones for his ‘bump’. Jones was fined $10,000 by the NBA and we all thought it was over.
Just kidding, insert Doc Rivers and his comments on Tuesday about Green.
In short, it was very sarcastic.
“Wow, that was such a violent bump!” Rivers deadpanned. “I’m telling you. It was amazing. I told Dahntay, ‘You’ve got to be careful. That was too hard.’ I guess that tough guy at Golden State, I mean, I think the bump was too hard for him, clearly, the way he reacted.”
Of course, Green had to respond to Rivers’ comments and decided to get a little personal and involve some government names.
Draymond Green to KNBR on Doc Rivers comments: "Cool story, Glenn."

Doc Rivers has been called ‘Doc’ for as long as I can remember. Rivers’ comments has Green using his full government name of ‘Glenn’.
I think the only people who call Rivers ‘Glenn’ are his family, even then I doubt that they call him Glenn.
One thing is for sure though, Draymond Green is single-handedly adding fuel to this Clippers and Warriors fued.
